A Shamanic Energy Session with Simone is a deeply personal experience created to support energetic clearing, balance, self-reclamation, and renewal.
Rooted in the Andean spiritual arts and shaped by Simone's intuitive and energetic practice, each session responds to what is present within your energy at the time. The work honors the relationship between the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual aspects of your experience.
Depending on your needs, a session may include

Integration
Each 2.5-hour session concludes with 33 minutes of Vibroacoustic Therapy, allowing the body and nervous system time to settle, receive, and integrate the work.
The intention is to help you release what has become heavy, reconnect with your own strength and wisdom, and create space for a more balanced and empowered way forward.
