Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made through The Portal at Living Energy. Specific event, retreat, or package terms may differ and will be provided in writing at the time of registration.

Cancellation and rescheduling. We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations and reschedules with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled session start time will be accommodated at no charge and may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Late cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price. Specific fee amounts will be confirmed at the time of booking.

No-shows. Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice (no-show) may result in a charge of up to 100% of the session price. The Portal reserves the right to require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings following a no-show.

Late arrivals. Out of respect for practitioners and other clients, sessions will generally begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to end at the original scheduled time, with no reduction in price. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, The Portal may treat the appointment as a no-show.

Emergency exceptions. We will always do our best to work with you in cases of genuine emergency. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds. Prepaid sessions that are cancelled with sufficient notice may be refunded or credited toward a future appointment at The Portal's discretion and subject to the terms above. Deposits for retreats and multi-session packages are subject to separate terms provided at the time of registration.

Holds. Online booking holds are temporary reservations that expire after 12 minutes if not confirmed. An expired hold does not constitute a confirmed or paid appointment.
